Bryan E. Comer

Bryan E. Comer graduated magna cum laude from The University of Alabama in 2002 and earned his juris doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2005. During his undergrad years, Bryan was a member of JASONS and Phi Beta Kappa. While in law school, he was awarded the George Peach Taylor Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and served as an Associate Justice on the Honor Court.

Bryan began his career as an associate at Cunningham Bounds, LLC. in Mobile, Alabama where he gained extensive litigation and trial experience. Bryan was co-counsel on a case for a local business owner that resulted in a $108 million jury verdict, co-counsel for the Bondholder Plaintiffs in the HealthSouth Securities Fraud Litigation, co-lead counsel for a local business that resulted in a jury verdict in excess of $800,000, as well as lead counsel in multiple personal injury cases and trials. Rated "BV" by his peers on Martindale-Hubbell, Bryan is an accomplished attorney with six plus years of litigation experience focused on wrongful death, medical negligence, trucking accidents, class actions, products liability and personal injury.

A licensed attorney in Alabama and Florida, Bryan is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Alabama as well as the Northern District of Florida. He is an active member of the Mobile Bar Association where he serves as the immediate past president of the Mobile Young Lawyers, a member of the Paul W. Brock Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and serves on the Executive Committee of the South Alabama Trial Lawyers Association. During his tenure as an officer with the Mobile Young Lawyers, Bryan has volunteered his time with St. Mary's Orphanage and raised money for local charities such as the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind, the Bay Area Food Bank and L'Arche. In addition, Bryan teaches Sunday School at Ashland Place United Methodist Church.
